The model name on the crossbar of this blue Free Spirit bike is "TEN SPEED" and the name on the seat tube is EXPLORER III. The condition of the paint and decals is excellent.
Dual purpose: It is geared like a road bike but has flat competition handlebars like a dirt bike.
This is a really nice boys Free Spirit 10-speed bike in very nice condition with all of the big bike bits & pieces:
Shimano Tourney rear derailleur,
Shimano Front derailleur,
24 X 2.125" Rigida rims (made in France),
Sugino alloy cranks,
Bar-mounted Shimano thumb gear levers,
All purpose tires for pavement / mud / dirt / snow (see picture 8)
Lee Chi brake levers and callipers.
